Stew-MAP: Stewardship Mapping & Assessment Project

Description

This framework facilitates team efforts to compile information about environmental stewardship efforts across a metropolitan area. A range of end-users can benefit by using the populated database and associated map to connect interested groups with local projects.

A primary goal of the project is to help end users visualize stewardship activities across their urban landscape. Groups that have submitted information to a Stew-MAP survey range from informal block associations, kayak clubs, tree-planting groups, and environmental justice coalitions to formal non-profit educational institutions and museums.
